Carter Family Ministries was started as a result of a burning desire God gave Steve and Holly Carter to help hurting families who have children facing catastrophic illnesses. 

CFM is a charitable organization whose objective is to develop relationships within the community, raise public awareness related to pediatric cancers and other life-threatening illness while providing physical and spiritual support to families receiving medical treatment in the Middle Tennessee area.  CFM assists families with travel expenses, hotel accommodations, funeral expenses, and other practical needs.  We have developed relationships with Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and the Nashville Ronald McDonald House which has given us the opportunity to share with hundreds the true source of Hope, Faith, Courage, and Comfort.   "Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."  Galatians 6:2
